Cast party for the wiz
WHEN: Sunday, August 7th, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.
WHERE: At Cindy Osgood’s Beach (stage manager)
ADDRESS: 2975 Woodland, Fort Gratiot, MI
Cindy’s house is the second house from the lake, on the Right side of street.
We can swim, play volleyball and party together. We will be giving our Director his gift at the party. (SOMEONE PLEASE BRING A VOLLEYBALL).
TO DO: Bring a dish to pass, BYO beach towels, sunscreen, cooler with drinks. If you are a Munchkin, you must bring a parent. You are encouraged to carpool, this is a private street so parking is limited.

Final Notes for The Wiz
First of all each and every one of you should be so proud of a stunning performance both Fri and Saturday. Really. Lee and the entire production team have gotten so many complements on your Talent! "The dancers are awesome", "The costuming is brilliant", "The Vocal talent (all of them) in amazing".
Today we will SHINE one more time, so smile, dance and sing, and have FUN!!!!
Circle will be Downstairs at around 2:15.
Be sure to thank Reilly and Derek and their helpers for making you all look like professional actors with the job they've done on hair and makeup.
CAST PARTY INFO will be on the SIGN IN BOARD. It is Sunday from 2 - 5 pm August 7.

What a GREAT Opening Night!!!
We are so truly Amazed with each and every one of you !!!
Make sure you all thank Tonya for busting her behind for your show, she made you all look incredible!
Lee really is a dedicated director - because the show was spectacular!
Jessica - Tonya - Anita: WOW the dances looked sooo sweet!
If you time this afternoon - every cast member is invited to meet at McMorran at Exactly 1:00 (leaving at 1:05 to walk over to the Antique Boat Show on the River)to spread the word the the WIZ is a HUGE Success and give away discount tickets to the crowds at the show. Please join us and hang out with your Wiz Friends.

Dress Rehearsal Notes
Welcome to DRESS REHEARSAL DAY!!! Whew . . . we have GOT A SHOW!!!!
If you have a script or vocal book - there is a BOX under the sign-in sheet. Drop it in !! This is very important to remember, you will be charged for it if not returned.
There are t-shirts still for sale, see me.
Have you ever worked with Lisa Hulber??? She is the local lighting technical lady with blonde hair? Very sweet and funny! She is sick - with cancer - so in addition to the thoughts and prayers we have been sending her way, there will be a Big card for you to sign (by the sign-in sheet). We are going to send it to her as a cast.
I know Lee has been leaving y'all notes . . . here's mine . . . stop fidgeting with your costumes while on stage. (don't fix your shirt, pull up your pants,etc.). And HAVE FUN!!!!!

Tuesday - July 26: Mandatory Call Time is 6 p.m.
Wednesday - July 27: Mandatory Call Time is 6 p.m.
Thursday - July 28: Dress Rehearsal Call is 6 p.m.
Friday - July 29: OPENING NIGHT Call is 6 p.m. Show is 8 p.m.
Saturday July 30: Call is 6 p.m. SHOW starts at 8 p.m.
Sunday July 31: Call is 1:00 p.m. LAST SHOW is 3:00 p.m.
Set Tear Down Immediately following show - any cast member 13 and older - MANDATORY

McMorran Theatre Backstage Entrance is Located on the North East Side of the Building. 701 McMorran Blvd. (Stage doors are large green double doors - loading dock. When you walk in the doors, IMMEDIATELY GO DOWNSTAIRS AND SIGN IN - SIGN IN IS MANDATORY. IF YOUR CHILD IS UNDER 13 - IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU SIGN THEM IN.
If you are NOT part of the Cast or Crew - You are not allowed in the House during Rehearsal. Parents are encouraged to help downstairs, if you wish to work backstage - you must sign up with Lyn before the end of Monday rehearsal.
Water Bottle Donations Are Needed !!! Please bring a case of water for the cast and crew! We will be working hard to bring on the BEST SHOW EVER - which makes for some really thirsty people.
BOX OFFICE: Is located on the south side of the arena portion of the building. Main Enterance. If you do not buy tickets in advance, there are theatre box offices located on the North and South side of theatre entrance.

Tuesday 7/19 BRING YOUR T-SHIRT MONEY. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR T-SHIRT - YOU WON'T HAVE IT FOR THE PARADE TOMORROW.
Rehearsal tonight: EVERYONE, (Dog, Munchkin, Emsemble, Friends, Stage Managers, Directors, etc.) Everyone is to be at rehearsal tonight.
IF you didn't pay for membership, that means you are not insured, that means YOU CANNOT GO ON STAGE!!! So if you can't pay for membership - see me - and we will work something out. (or call me today 810-434-8986).
I will have instructions for the Parade tonight.
I need Parents to donate WATER to have backstage at McMorran for Tech Week and Performance Dates. Ask your family to donate a case of water, see me if you can do it.

8:00 - 9:00 - Y'All Got It (Dance)
Includes: Practically, the entire ensemble. Those that were blocked in the Wiz's farewell balloon scene.
